EXPLORE THE RANCH

There is always something new to enjoy when exploring every corner of the Black Willow Ranch’s 7,103± acres. The Ranch is an equestrian’s dream replete with a 12-stall barn, a full-size roping arena, a 150' cutting pen, and irrigated horse pasture. Perfect for either a training operation or recreation. When not horseback the free flowing Mora River always offers a great time. You can cool off in a swimming hole, paddle a kayak downriver or walk the banks shaded by towering cottonwoods, aspens, and namesake black willows. One should always keep their eyes wide open for the abundant local wildlife. The ranch is home to a huge elk herd that at times numbers up to 800 animals, a healthy population of mule deer, coyotes, wild turkeys, beavers, and the occasional black bear.
